I had already tried contacting Mr [redacted] on numerous occasions before he had the problem with his retina.  I was later told about his problem, and, while unfortunate he had to experience that, that happened in September and I never heard from him even though I called daily.  He has an assistant who never responded either.  I am sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. [redacted]'s father, however the issue has been going on since August.  I have not received any calls from Mr. [redacted] or his assistant.  Mr. [redacted] has my cell phone number which he has not called either.  In August, the Mr. [redacted] was supposed to come to the office and never did.  When Mr. [redacted] was having issues with his retina, it was the only time he answered and told me he would call back in a few days.  That was in September and I have not heard back since.

There are only two employees at the office and they give me all messages. If Mr [redacted] left detailed messages as he claims, why would I not receive them?  They are aware of the problem. I left my cell phone number on Mr [redacted]’s answering machine when I called and left at least 15 messages Mr [redacted] could have also requested to set up an appointment. He has not done anything and certainly has not left any messages. Frankly, what Mr [redacted] is saying makes no sense.

The name of our company is [redacted]  There have been new devolvements since my initial complaint.  The first leasing company has now informed me that I either need to send them a check for the buyout or return the machine. I have also learned that Dr. [redacted] never actually...

signed a second contract. (The contract with the second company.). There was miscommunication and I assumed that he had. Dr [redacted] is actually planning on closing his office in a year and had no use for a two year contract. I will be calling the second company tomorrow, but they were of no help the first time and said we have a two year contract and can keep the machine after that, which the doctor has no use for either. I will ask them for a copy of the contract in order to double check the signature. In the meantime I have one company that wants a check or the machine back and another company that says we have a contract.

Sent: Friday, February 09, 2018 1:44 PMSubject: Revdex.com-Case #[redacted] - Response To whom it may concern, I am writing to you in response to Revdex.com-Case #[redacted] to clarify the statements made against iQ Business Consulting Group.  I have been out of the office attending personal matters that Mrs. [redacted] is aware of; a detached retina 9/26/2017 and father’s death 1/24/2018. This week is my first week back to work and I am getting up to speed on my accounts. I have called Mrs. [redacted] office to clarify these allegations however she is unavailable. We do not force people to sign contracts, nor do we select the terms for those contracts neither.  End users are bound to lease obligations in their contracts that we cannot do for them nor would we offer to. We will gladly work towards an amicable solution with Mrs. Diaz, as customer satisfaction is of our utmost priority.  We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Kind Regards, [redacted] Sr. Business Consultant
