Dear ***, Thank you very much for reaching out to us and for giving us a chance to respond to this complaintPlease be informed that we do have a hour policy for our re-cleaning, the date of the complaint was dated Feb 18th but as a courtesy to *** *** being a long time valued
client, we have rescheduled her re-cleaning on March 11th as requested since she was traveling. Our services being intangible in nature, thenceforth, we are in the position that we can not offer any refunds for any services that has been rendered since a re-clening has always been offered for any missed areas or complaints. We still are able to send a team back with a field supervisor to make sure job will be done on customer's requirements.Thank you very much as we believe in your institution's impartiality.Respectfully yours,Tell us why here
