We received correspondence in the mail from Revdex.com earlier this week on *** 3, regarding a complaint that was filed. The correspondence included an assigned ID of ***. To respond to the complaint, it says to click on the link located on the email. However, since this was not an email as the correspondence states and thus I cannot click on any live links, I will respond via email. We have reviewed the complaint and were surprised that anything was filed. We have always maintained communication with the complainant and have asked him to wait while we properly process the correct amount for the return of his deposit. We had actually finished this process and had already informed him this week of his return. I have noticed that the letter from Revdex.com is dated from *** 27, so it may have been filed prior to our resolution.
Because complainant *** *** *** *** had gone through our *** company, when we switched our bank, all of our accounts including payroll, accounts receivables, etc were mixed around and there were issues with certain returns. Many of the returns were mixed in with other applicants who participated in certification classes that were deducted. *** *** was mistakenly mixed in with this group. After we were able to audit each account, we were able to access the correct amount that needed to be returned. We informed *** *** of the issue from the beginning. As stated earlier, we have currently fixed the issue with the complainant If there is anything else that is needed, please let us know as we want to offer our complete cooperation. We spoke with *** *** this morning to make sure the issue was still resolved and he was in agreement

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The check has not yet reached and we are not sure if Iqtechpros has sent it or not as there is no evidence of sending the checkIf at all Iqtechpros has sent the check as they are saying then let check reach us, after that we will present it to bank and if the bank accepts that check and credit the amount in our account, then only we can take some decision about resolutionAt this moment of time the case is open and not yet resolved
