My Spouse ordered a vitamin supplement from this company that was supposed to be a free trial offer.
After ordering the product, this risk free trial offer ended up costing almost $250. When she went back to try and cancel this order immediately, she was booted from the website and unable to return to cancel it. She never received any email of confirmation of the order either. I tried calling twice immediately after (1-888-279-9308) and only received a message that they are only open from 7AM Monday through Fridays. That was Saturday, April 14, 2018. Today I spoke with two of their customer representatives who barely could recite English and they insisted they were open on Saturday disputing my claim of calling twice. When I asked the first rep about refusing the package altogether and refunding my Visa account, she said it would cost me 75% of my payment to do so. Red flags everywhere on these folks. I've since called Visa and cancelled my card for fear of being fradulently charged again by this awful business.

I saw an ad for a free sample of a wrinkle cream with shipping fees of $1.95. I should have known there was a problem when there was no confirmation e-mail received at the end of the transaction. The sample was not received before my debit card was charged $89.96, causing an over draft on my checking account. I contacted my bank, who returned the $1.95, but have not yet refunded the $89.96. I have called the company repeatedly. They are always closed. Never open even during business hours. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I cancelled my debit card. They cannot may any other charges!

There is no return information on the package I finally received 4 days after I was charged. No sample, but a jar too amsll to be worth $90.00. I will not open it. I am afraid it will damage my skin after the shameful way they advertised it as a sample!

They say I had 15 days to cancel something I didn't even know I was agreeing to. They will not cancel the order, even though they are hitting my debit card now and not shipping until Dec. This charge must be reversed!
