Water hydrant not properly installed, too short to put horse water tank under to fill. Original installed was hydrant with 3 tires around it, this one has only too and has been shortened, improper billing received bills for job not performed, under someone Else's job, billed for water meter and hookup to water line, I'm on a well do not have a water meter or city water. Have photos to prove complaint, both original hydrant and repaired hydrant.Product_Or_Service: yard hydrantDesired Settlementrepair the hydrant to original specifications with 3 tires as before have photo to show original work and botched up repair. 3rd tire thrown behind chicken coop gravel scattered on ground around hydrant. Sloppy sloppy workmanship. Business Response Customer[redacted] called our office and we discussed what is needed and when out and resolved the issues. She said she was going to drop the complaint. I will follow up with her to see why it is still pending.
