*SEE ATTACHMENT*We installed a new rack and pinion and a new power steering pump, a new belt and new belt tensioner. Yes it is true that Ms*** did have a power steering leak from the high pressure line going to power steering pump afterWe fixed that at NO CHARGEThen Ms*** came in
and said the lines were leaking.Upon looking at her vehicle we found she had someone do her brake lines which we suggested and they left the old lines in vehicle that were leaking brake fluid not power steering fluid.I personally showed Ms*** under her carWe don't use used partsMs*** has all new parts.I've enclosed invoices to show you that the parts were newWe bought the rack and pinion from Car Parts, the belt and tensioner from O'Reilly, and the power steering pump from County Auto.ALL PARTS ARE NEW
