The account user violated our published rules, which they agreed to when they signed up, in particular, being disruptive toward other membersWe value all customers but when one member is negatively impacting many other members experience we have to take action and remove them from the service

When a member so egregiously violates the terms of service, action must be taken We must protect our business and members from the kind of behavior he displayed access to twrite access to the forum and PM function of the service doesn't preclude any member from racing, which is the intent of the service

The member's private message privileges were restricted for violating the terms of service as he admitted. He received the same restriction any member violating the terms of service in this manner would receive.

While we cannot publicly discuss the specifics of any member we stand by our position that multiple violations of our sporting code will result in suspension or removal from the serviceThis is clearly stated when a customer signs up for our service, before they pay for anythingWhen an individual
customer negatively impacts many others in our service we must take actionWe consider this case closed

have e-mails from [redacted] [redacted] that state someone was using my son's account other than him possible the father and they ask us to write a letter confirming who the owner is and we did that and they still refuse to turn the account back on, theses people just told you a barefaced lie to resolve a issue with the Revdex.com. They never once stated that anyone was abusing the account, this still does not resolve my money issue with them , my account was terminated for no reason. this company should not have a right to turn accounts on or off for no reason and my account was turned off because they could not deter-main who was using it so we did what they ask and sent a letter certified to them and there were no complaints of wrecking anyone or foul language if so please show them in writing as prove. there discriminating against my son because of his father and what they think not what they know. As stated previously we cannot comment specifically about individual customers other than he has violated the terms of use he agreed to when he signed up.

I'm sure other members do the same thing often if not daily. A somewhat rude private message is a common thing. I've received them myself. I agree that action must be taken when a member reports a rude private message, but permanent removal of private messaging for a first offense is over the top. iRacing.com continues to charge me full price for the service, yet has denied me access to all of the features of the service for the last two months.

Mr [redacted] has been removed from our service on multiple occasions due to his violating of the Terms of Use and Sporting Code.  Each time we have allowed him to return after some period of time.  Each time we've allowed him to return the violations continue which effect our members ability...

to use the service they also pay.   Our terms of use are clear and he chooses not to abide by them.  We have been more than fair with Mr. [redacted] allowing him to return after multiple service wide permanent bans.
