I agree with you. It would probably be smart to go to school for some sort of auto mechanic course. However I went to school for Business and I hired professionals to work on your car. I understand very well how cars work as a whole.When you first came to my business to talk about putting a water pump, timing belt and thermostat. And I saw you putting water with my water hose right into the radiator I asked you if you had a radiator leak and you said no at the time. As the professional mechanic I hired worked on your car he informed me and I you that you needed it also to replace the harmonic balancer which you agreed to. After much hesitation because of limited finance. I was then called by the mechanic again and told your car needed a radiator which you knew from the beginning as the radiator have been tried to be fix. And as you been having to put water in it every time to start the truck. We completed and fulfill the job we were hire to do. Water pump, Timing Belt, Thermostat, Harmonic Balancer.I spoke to you on the phone I told you the car was ready to be picked up as we had done what we were hire for and that you needed a radiator. When your husband picked it up I told him the same thing and he just kind of took of after I told him that I could not accept partial payment.I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.
