Again thank you for allowing me to explain.As for [redacted] complaint we are in the middle of combining the two companies so there is some confusions as to what the two companies do when it comes to deliveries.She purchased the items from our liquidation company IRCA at the Greenway location Valley Interiors does most of our deliveriesTheir delivery schedule is Monday through Friday regular business hours 8:am through 5:pm When those times do not work for one of our customersI will have our crew at IRCA make that delivery in one of our trucks that takes care of our store, properties, and or projectsThere is normally an additional charge for that extra serviceNow that we are combining the two companies it does make it a little confusing for our customers and my crewValley Interiors still doesn’t deliver any other times than Monday through FridayIRCA works hours a day days a week but those crews main focus is on our warehouse and projects.When my team at IRCA found out that [redacted] did not receive a call and she was upset one of my assistants rerouted one of our trucks and had the items delivered that dayThe crew that was rerouted does work on Saturday’s but they primarily are used for the Hotel and warehouse side of our businessThey have done deliveries for retail customersWhen I use that crew for off hour deliveries there is an added costThat cost is normally charged to the customer unless we have dropped the ball and we want to take care of a customer quicklyNo additional cost were charged to [redacted] just the standard delivery chargeI am sorry for the confusion around this concernI would be glad to speak with [redacted] if that is acceptable.Please let me know and I will give her a call.My Cell phone is listed belowGregg G***IRCA / Valley InteriorsManager [redacted] **Phoenix, AZ, 85022Office ###-###-####Furniture Store ###-###-####Cell ###-###-####
