Hi *** In response to Mesgana *** of Alpha General Auto Repairs manager, message, there is a lot of untrue and incorrect statements I did not bring my car on May 10, to his garage but on May 28, 2016 on a Saturday after pushing my car and spoke to the people working in the garage, who were Spanish speaking workers who gave me the impression that they were the owners of the garageI told the Spanish people about the problems of the car on brakes and brake fluid leaking under the car and the car was un-drivable without brakes and dangerousI instructed them to check everything all what was wrong with the brakes and let me know before you fix it, of the prices and costsThe Spanish people told me that they were not opened on Sunday but would open on Monday the Memorial Day and would attend to the car then they would let me know of the cause of the brakesThey instructed me to leave the car in the back yard of their garage where their towing truck was parked and I left my car On Monday 30, I passed through their garage then that is when I met Mesgana who said was the owner of the garageI told Mesgana the problems of the brakes of the car that there were no brakes at all and brake fluid leaking under the car to the floor especially when parked If you just put fluid, all the fluid was leaking under the body, please if you could check everything concerning the brakes and let me know the costs of repairing and labor before fixing the brakesThis time I had trust and faith in Mesgana because I recognized him as our Wells Fargo customer and recognized me too After an hour Mesgana called on my phone saying all the problems of the brakes was the master cylinder and they had checked everything and found only the master cylinder. causing the leaking which I mentioned to himMesgana went on saying that to do all the job and master cylinder would cost dollarsHe also mentioned about the steering wheel which needed to be fixed I specifically instructed him not to touch the steering wheel and, as I did not have a budget for it Our agreement was to fix and repair the brakes and pay dollars The same day afternoon I came to his garage to check if they had done and completed the job that is when Mesgana said that they had not fixed the brakes because he wanted more money for the brakesthe cost went up to dollars in totalTHIS IS WHERE THE DISAGREEMENT ROSEI demanded to take my car back and said NO !!! Mesgana now wanted me to pay dollars to take the car because he had put master cylinder and there was not invoice to see if there was a new master cylinder and even to show the old taken off master cylinder of the car .NOTHING in sightHe wanted dollars for the job not completed and the car was still in worse conditionWe never agreed that I would pay for unfinished work He wanted for unfixed car to fix the car he wanted that was a breach of contract and agreement1 It was true that we agreed to fix the brakes and pay him and take my car but we did not agree to in-flat the price/costs from dollars to for fixing the brakesThere were no additional problems other than the brakes that we had agreed upon to fix including the leakages of brake fluidsHence Alpha Auto Repairs failed to locate the real problems of the brakes and to tell me before attending to the car I strongly believe that the master cylinder was not the problem because they failed to fix the cause of the brakes and its not true that they wanted dollars more but they wanted dollars more on top of which I disputed It was not correct that I agreed to pay Mesgana the additional costs of dollars but it was true that I agreed to pay dollars after they fixed the brakes of the car which they had not done on that day and promised to come on Friday to take my car after a complete job and pay them dollars It was not true that I agreed to pay Mesgana for the half done job,a out of our agreement, and the car was not moving as the agreement was to pay for the fixed brakes not only for master cylinder alone It was not true that he made invoices handed to me for the master cylinder, as they were in the process of doing the job and its something that he made after I had left, I did not see it and even not saw the defected old master cylinder Its not true that I did not pass through before FridayI passed through on June 2, Wednesday to check if they had fixed my car and saw the Spanish people workers and I came back again, passing through as I live nearby and found my car was parked in a no parking zone from am to midnight that was pmThe windows were opened, the doors unlocked in the street w th, away from his garage Its not true that I took my car from his garage but from the street dumped .I have witnesses who helped me to push the car to 28th Street where I live It is not illegal to take my car from the street and from a no parking zone ( have pictures showing where I took my car from) to a secured place I told Mesgana the next day, Thursday when he came to my work place and asked him the reason why to park my car unsecured to a no parking street area and who was going to meet the payments for the city tickets and his remarks were of cause the owner would payI told him that I pushed my car to a safe place at my home Mesgana failed to point out that he saw my car at th Street at my home, locked and secured and because he has a towing truck , he came to my place , whilst I was at work and towed my car to an unknown destinationThat is now stealingHe confessed to me that he took my car unless I give him dollarsMy son who was riding a bicycle came across our car on the 14th of June, and told me and I went to see it on 25th Street between Pleasant Avenue and Pillsbury AveIt was on the 15th June, evening and I saw it and took video picturesMesgana vehemently told me on the phone that he took my car from my place and would not release it till I pay Mesgana took my car to punish me and dumped it The last time I called him he told me to call and ask City of Minneapolis and it was never seenThere are witnesses who can witness that a towing truck with name Alpha towed my car from my place The next day after discovering where my car was, I went again to check but it was goneMesgana instead of claiming dollars he took my car and never got it backThe City of Minneapolis does not just go around on parked cars and pick and towed if no violation occurred but if one calls them to come and towIf it was picked then Mesgana is still accountable a car key he is using as a reason for towing when he took my car why did he not take it off from ignitionr I am a very reasonable person that I do not have the courage to organize people to go and break his garage and push my car from his garage. Therefore Mesgana stole my car from my home and dumped it to his place of interestHe confessed to me and I also told my workmates that Mesgana stole my carI have to say the Alpha Auto Repairs is a dubious company and hurt customers by violating the verbal agreement breach the agreements and take advantage of the customersAfter Mesgana took my car he never demanded his claimed costs again meant he wanted to fix me However I have resolved to go to court as I lost my car by being stolen to compensate dollars claimed for the undone work on the carHe breached the agreement In response, is that your client is not telling the real truth of what he didI did not refuse to pay for the well done job but I refused to pay the half done job and in-flatted prices from outside the agreementHe inflated the prices by percentI want my car back Thank you *** * ***

Our customer Mr.  [redacted] brought his car on 5/10/2016 to our garage. His master cylinder was the issue.  We told him we can fix it with the price of 250-dollar (part and labor) and he agreed.  While we are working on his car we identified...

additional problem, which the break line was rested. I called him and told him the additional problem we found. I told him the price will be 150 dollar (part and labor) our customer agreed but he said he does not have the money for that and he would pay us on Friday when he got paid. I told him he has to pay for the pervious job, before we start working on his brake line. Our customer agreed to come on Friday.  Our customer did not show up on Friday or Saturday.  Our shop closed on Sundays. On Monday, we could not find his car in our parking lot. I called him but he did not answer my phone calls. I went to his work place and asked him about the car. He admitted he took the car. I told him what he did is illegal and he needs to pay the service we provided.  He promised he would pay me on Friday May 18 2016. Again our customer did not show up. I went to his work place and asked him to pay me. He told me not to come to his work place anymore even though he works at walls Fargo as a Clarke. And it is where I bank. I told him since he was not honest, I will not be comfortable in his service as a Wells Fargo customer. I also, mentioned to him I will complain to his manager. Then he texted me stating the job was not done ever though, he got the receipt for the part and his car were parked in the street. Both accusations were not true. I fixed Master cylinder as agreed and I parked in our parking lot. He is the one who took the car without paying me while the shop was closed. And I never took his car back. In his compliant letter the key was in ignition but I still have his car key in my possession. Based on his complaint letter to Revdex.com his car was towed possibly by city of Minneapolis.
