I do not agree with their response. Ireland Heating and Cooling lied about the date and time.  I suggest to get the phone records of their call and their schedule roster copy if indeed they schedule a second try.  When I spoke to [redacted], she told me that she did not reschedule a second maintenance.  I guess that's how they do or run their business.  More power to them.

[Please add to my response that Ireland heating and cooling only went to my house one time and it was verified by their supervisor [redacted] that she did not reschedule the 2nd appointment. One missed appointment does not entitle Ireland heating and cooling to deny a refund.  Other companies offer free consultation and check up for heating and cooling at no cost.]

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s response....We would've gladly refunded his money had he requested it before we actually made not one but two trips to his home to perform his service at his request. Since we made two trips there (we kept both appointments and he did not show for either) our position remains the same in that we will not be offering a refund.Thanks Again,[redacted]
