In response to Mr [redacted] 's response....We would've gladly refunded his money had he requested it before we actually made not one but two trips to his home to perform his service at his requestSince we made two trips there (we kept both appointments and he did not show for either) our position remains the same in that we will not be offering a refund.Thanks Again,***
