Irepair and Personalize

Review: I took my [redacted] in to get it repaired. I paid first before my phone was fixed and NEVER got a receipt. I brought in a dead phone and she charged it while working on it. While fixing my phone she was having problems getting my screen on my phone to fully show up. So after about an hour in a half she is done. Gives me my phone and I go on my way. It was on a Friday, and I travel 4 hours from where I live now every other week for a week. When I turn on my phone there is all these lines in my phone! After I get back from being out of town I go back to the [redacted] shop and ask them to fix it, (the lady who fixed my phone was not there.) So the guy calls the boss (i find out later that the lady who fixed my phone is the boss.) she said that I would need a receipt and that it had to be within the two weeks. I said she never gave me a receipt and it has only been a week in a half. I ended up calling her myself. First off she kept talking to her husband and keep asking me to repeat myself, ended up telling me she is the manager and she always gives receipts out to everyone! I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT. If I did I would have no problem bringing it in! Then she was telling my over the phone that there is lines in it because I dropped it! WHICH I NEVER DID. And then I asked her to at least take a look at my phone because she didnt proporly put it together and she refused to see me. And at the end of the conversation she ended calling me a few choice names.Desired Settlement: I either was the $70 it was to fix my phone back, or I want my phone properly fixed!
