This business is the point blank example of why I don't support mom and pop repair stores now. I couldn't even make it inside the building because they have a security hounding you as soon as you park your car. The building has a lack of signage making it hard to find, then when you finally find the place you walk into the worst customer service exchange you could possibly have. The person working the counter is slouching and barely acknowledges your presence. If you ask a question you're brushed off and they don't tell you the exact malfunction with your phone they only revert to a master reset and blame everything on water damage. I brought my iPhone 8 in for a screen repair and a software update and now my phone stalls and randomly closes out of apps. I called and tried to get help and I was told to call Apple and get a warranty exchange. Of course I couldn't get a exchange phone because they voided it once I sought out third party repairs. I asked for a refund and was laughed out of the store. I would like someone to reach out to this business to either conduct customer service seminars or just SHUT THEM DOWN !

sorry to hear about your experience at our store. We pride ourselves on customer service and the quality of our work. We warranty all repairs for 30 days and we make every customer fill out and sign a repair waiver form. If you truly had issues related to your repair we would be glad to fix whatever issues you are having. We do not see a waiver form for you. Are you sure you came to our location?
The best way to get any unsatisfactory issues resolved is to ask for upper management or owner. Simple fix. We would be happy to accommodate you.
