Review: [redacted] OF IREPAIR INSTALLED A COUNTERFEIT WINDOWS 7 PROGRAM TO MY HP COMPUTER. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE WINDOWS DISK OR LIC. KEY & WHEN THE COMPUTER WOULD NOT RESPOND I CALLED HIM - HE RESPONDED WITH......TAKE IT ELSEWHERE TO BE FIXED. I TOOK IT TO LAPTOPS PLUS FOR A DIAGNOSIS. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT PERFORM ANY WORK WITHOUT A LIC. KEY CODE. THEY WERE ABLE TO RETRIEVE THE LIC.CODE WHICH WAS FRAUDULENT & CONFIRMED BY MICROSOFT. I FILED A COUNTERFEIT REPORT WITH THEM AT THEIR REQUEST .Desired Settlement: I WANT REIMBURSEMENT FROM IREPAIR FOR $135. $100 I PAID TO IREPAIR & THE $35 PAID TO LAPTOPS PLUS FOR THEIR DIAGNOSIS & LIC. KEY RECOVERY. FURTHER, I WANT THIS BUSINESS MONITORED & HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
