My name is Eduardo M[redacted]. I am writing in regards to the recent complaint of a client, [redacted], complaint ID: [redacted]. 
On 11/25/16 [redacted] brought me his laptop which did need a repair. To begin we asked [redacted] for his charger, which he said he did not have. I was asked to order one for him...

as I filled in his invoice and received a signature from him.For the next 2 weeks I tried to reach [redacted] on his cell phone. I finally was able to get connected through his Facebook messenger. [redacted] mentioned I had lost his invoice, which wasn't the case. it was the lack of communication. I am a 5 star shop and have heavy traffic and can't keep equipment due to not enough space. I actually told him I would keep it for him even after the 14 days had passed, which stated in the contract if he didn't we would be forced to destroy or keep his property. I am always lenient and understanding if they let me know the situation and reasoning as to why the item won't be picked up on time. My sense of customer service is my first priority here at I-repairIT. attached to this letter I have evidence in the form of screenshots of our conversation between [redacted] and I when I was able to reach him on his Facebook. I told him I would undo the repair on his laptop and he would have no fee or even better, no problems. But I received this complaint after he picked up his laptop. I can't desire the settlement on something I no longer hold in my shop. I really did try working with [redacted]. I want to keep my shop a 5star business. My customers are always first, but in this situation [redacted] had no reason to file a complaint. I tried helping him to my full extent. [redacted] lied about many things, and it would not be right for him to file complaints against me out of vindictiveness.
