Customer had their iPad repaired in July 2015. The repair was completed in a timely manor and successfully. The customer picked and paid for the repair without complaints or incident. The customer also was pleased with the repair and the work. A few days later the customer came back into our store...
and had a broken iPad in their possession with a huge dent in the corner. The customer blamed us for the crack and the dent. The iPad looked brand new when it left our store with no dents or cracks. It was a flawless repair. Basically the customer came in to have us repair what she had done to the iPad a 2nd time. This is not something that is covered under our warranty. If something is repaired and the customer breaks it again we can do nothing to repair this for free like the customer requested. Thanks for choosing iRepair.
