The store managers description that the screen was completely SMASHED is 100% inaccurate The screen was cracked in a few places down at the bottom where you answer the phone I agree that misuse of a device shouldn't be covered However if answering a phone is considered misuse then why have them at all that's what they are for I will continue to say that answering a call and the screen cracking, not SMASHED, is a defect in the product If your company does not stand behind the quality of the product your selling then I can't help that and will gladly take my business elsewhere to someone that does

We have offered the customer a discount on his repair which is also consistent with our customer service policy. We would be glad to take care of the customer in the future.
