Review: I went to this place to have a simple broken screen replaced. The guy broke my phone so badly I now have to replace the entire phone. I have an HTC One which retails at $699 brand new, the only thing wrong with it when I brought it in was the screen was cracked, it was 2 weeks old. When I returned to pick up my phone I noticed the keys didn't work and that the side was torn up from what was obviously him trying to pry it open with a sharp object and stabbed me when I was holding it. He said he "didn't have the parts to replace it" and that I could "take it to another shop" to have it fixed immediately. I took it to another shop to have it looked at. They said the person who previously "worked" on it broke 5 of the connector pins because they didn't know what they were doing and pried the connector port off of the chip, and that they had glued the screen back on and messed up the phone itself. The screen was also placed back on crooked. I called Irepair and asked them to cover the costs to replace the phone. The owner of the shop began yelling at me and interrupting me saying that he "could have fixed it." You cannot fix broken pins on the main chip. I received terrible customer service and absolute hostility from the person who claims to be a business owner [redacted]. He told me he doesn't care that I am trying to resolve it amiably by contacting him and that he doesn't care if I report it to the Revdex.com.When I went there he said the phone would be "no problem" to fix. He did not tell me that he didn't know what he was doing. His website states that he can fix HTC ones and other android devices. I will be taking MACRO photos of the damage done to my phone to show how it is completely unfixable and has to be completely replaced.

I would like for him to cover the cost of the replacement phone, time and money spent without my phone, and the cost of the 3 hours spent by the other business trying to fix what [redacted] broke.

The customer came in to my place for a screen replacement on an HTC ONE. I did work on it to a realization that I have a bad part in my hand. I called him up and said that if he came back to me within 2 days I would have the part and would be able to fix it for him and get everything to work. I handed to phone back to him, it was not a finish product so there were things that wasn't functioning. The customer then take it to another shop and I did not know what they did to it, but he called me back saying that the connector pins are broken. That is where the problem started. I work on that phone and I told him that I could've fixed it, only if he didn't take it to someone else to messed with it and blamed the result on me.
