Review: I called up for a slow computer, where the advertising was for $49.99 for a single repair., on Saturday Feb [redacted]. I was under the impression that was just for my problem. Sid told me to back up all my data as he could not save any of it. I spend all day Saturday and Sunday backing up my data to a cloud. On Monday Feb [redacted] when I called Sid then told me I had multi problems and it would be $149.99. I am not a computer expert. He had me purchase additional RAM and a recovery CD from Acer, the manufacturer. I received the RAM over the weekend and when I called Sid and asked should I attempt to install it, he suggested I take it to a local computer store, which I did. When at the computer repair store, he said he could have my computer fixed and backed up by the end of the day, which he did. When I received the recovery CD in the mail today, I called ACER and they told me to refuse it and it will be returned to them and I will be refunded by money. I then call Sid at IRepair.net and told him I would like a refund of my money, as his website states, No Fix, No Fee and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. He asked me if his time was worth nothing, and I referred him to his No Fix, No Fee and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. What about my time backing up my data. Since he did not fix it, he should refund my $149.99. He told me he would think about it. About a half hour later I got an email from Pay Pal saying IRepair.net just issued me a refund of $9.99.
