available until a couple of days later.Consumer was impatient and decided to take laptop elsewhere. Consumer was informed that the technician would need to  inspect the device, but she could not wait. Unfortunately, business could not meet the time frame she was requesting.

Review: My laptop was not working. I brought it to iRepairplus Sacramento and was advised to leave it overnight. However, I got it back in a couple of days. The repairman told me its all working perfect now and charged me $100. Unfortunately, I was too excited to notice that he did not provide me the receipt. In two days computer crushed again, indicating that the problem was not fixed. What they did, however, was to take out my hard drive for 500 Gb and replace it with the one for 200 Gb data. I had to take my laptop to another place, where I was charged $140 more to finally fix it.

So, iRepairplus Sacramento:

1)did not provide the service guaranteed, while charging full price for it;

2) did not provide receipt;

3) stole the hard drive and replaced it with the cheap one.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $100 back for the service never been performed.
