To the IresQ team...Sorry that I'm sending this complimentary note so late...I just found out how to post a review. First ..I want to thank Alice for being so sweet and helpful..and guiding me thru the process of the repair on my I pod. I Believe my repair person was Marty...what a wonderful job Marty did.The whole process took only four days..my I pod works beautiful. The clicker housing and battery were replaced and my baby works as smooth as silk...thank you so much. My son dropped his iPad mini and cracked the screen as a result. Contacted iResq on a Friday, received the packing box on Tuesday and the iPad was fixed and back in my son's hands in a week. I am very satisfied with the service and the communications from the company. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

I used IResQ to repair an IPoD touch that was damaged in the washing machine the same day it was received by my grandson (Christmas 2014). Rather than re-write the entire account, this is from a letter I wrote to IResQ:

As you know, this repair was very special to me. This was not just a broken screen on my personal IPad or IPhone, This red, personalized IPod Touch was a gift my 7 year old grandson got on Christmas Day, 2014. He played with it all afternoon Christmas day before it was thrown, with his jeans, in the washing machine and not discovered until it came out of the dryer. I cannot tell you what angst that household suffered as a result..(especially since the gift was from his Mom, but it was his Dad who did the wash).

When I sent the unit to IResQ, I was not hopeful that it could be repaired economically. And after you guys looked at it, not surprised to hear that repair was really not feasible. I did not know that a refurbished replacement device was an option so was pleased to learn how reasonably priced it was.

THIS is the point where IResQ, in my opinion, when above and beyond my expectations, and I believe beyond what other similar companies would have done.

I could have expected one of these outcomes:

1. A refurb unit but a different color

- While not ideal, I would have taken this since it would put a working IPoD Touch back in my grandson's hands. Although since it would obviously not have been the same device gifted... Mom might be continually reminded about the screw-up and feel necessary to also (continually) remind Dad.

2. A refurb unit in same color as damaged unit.

- I would have been very happy with this ending and probably would have taken it myself somewhere to have the engraving duplicated only because it was important to his Mom

I did not expect the one you delivered:

3. A refurb unit that looks IDENTICAL to original device, including the engraving

The most important point here is that this did not require any special request by me, apparently this is your standard practice. When I spoke with the girl (sorry I didn't get her name) about the refurb option, I asked if there was any way to move the back plate of the original to the refurbished device.. I took it from her response that the device I got back would be identical, including engraving to the original, however they had to do it. And it was clear that this wasn't as a result of my comment about the engraving, this was what you always do.

Again, sorry for the wordiness. But in a nutshell, you guys provided me with what I would consider a platinum level of service, as your default, standard operating practice. That is amazing and you guys are awesome. I will tell anyone who listens that you are my 'go-to' guys for any Apple repair.

Excellent results. Exceeded expectations

A year ago I Sent my iPod to iresQ for a new battery. The experience was inexpensive

and quick unlike the one I would have if I had gone to the Apple store. This time my

iphone wouldn't charge. I thought I needed a new battery but the docking thingy was broken. It was fixed and back with me in 3 days. I never realized just how much I depended on my phone! As usual great job!!! Great service!!!! I'll recommend you at every opportunity!!! Thanks guys!!!!
