Over 4k sq foot roof done in one day! Additional ventilation added. We would highly recommend. Our roof was not covered under our insurance. Irestore gave us a very fair price and was pleased to hsve our business!! Super satisfied! Our roof is covered for 50 years! 100% Happy!

I heard of iRestore STL from a radio program. I'm happy that I called. I dealt with the owner, Kirk, during my entire roof replacement. Kirk was instrumental in dealing with the insurance company. He helped the insurance adjusters take note of damage that was looked over. He helped maximize my claim which included damage that his company doesn't even perform.

The roof replacement was done quickly and professionally. Considering the size of the project, the area around the house was relatively free of nails, staples and trash.

Kirk took a genuine concern in the project. I would highly recommend iRestore STL.

On April 1st this business took a deposit from me for work I was needing done. When I accepted the quote which was for $1000 and agreed to do business with this company, I was told the work would start in 5 days. This company has not completed work and some of the work they have done has not been up to good quality. First, this company was supposed to do wall flashing on my home. Instead of doing the whole wall, they only did certain sections under windows. Not only did they only do certain sections, not all the flashing they have done is flush and done correctly. My roof had already been done, so I had hired this business to complete the rest of the work I was needing done. This company drove nails into my roof. Some of the nail holes have been calked and some have not been. They were also supposed to calk around my roof line where my roof jets out, this was not done. Not all the calk work is completed and done correctly. I also believed the material this company is using is not new material but old scrap material. I have been promised by this company 2 additional times that they would come back out and fix/finish everything but to this point they have not. I have been very unsatisfied with the work and job this company has done.

Per my conversation with *** yesterday to do his job we could not use prefabricated materials. My crew went back today to custom make the materials to fix his roof properly. The job has been completed as promised. I feel this was unnecessary since he did not even give me the opportunity to finish the job before filing a complaint. Especially after he spoke with me directly numerous times. Wish you guys the best Happy Easter

Couldn’t be happier to have dealt with this company during our roof replacement. Chris, Clayton and Kirk were awesome to work with and walked us through our project from start to finish. Chris helped file our claim and he and Clayton met the adjuster on a Saturday to walk the roof and ensure we were taken care of from an insurance standpoint. 1 week after our claim was approved, we met the owner Kirk in their offices to pick out our materials and 2 days later, we have a brand new roof which looks so much better than the original that it’s hard to describe. Top notch company from top to bottom with exceptional customer service. They explained the process in detail and Chris made sure to be on-site the day of the build and even sent me pictures throughout the day to keep my wife and I updated on the progress. To top it all off, the owner met us when we arrived home from work to do a final walk through to make sure we were satisfied with the roof. They take pride in their work and it shows. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of a new roof anytime soon.

When my insurance claim for a leaky roof was denied, they partnered with several area companies to give me a new roof, just before Christmas 2019. I can't convey in words how much this means to me and my family amid cancer battle. God bless them!

A company owner with a short fuse!
Just look at the pictures, and review their ridiculous terms.
Whatever material I paid for is mine to keep, not property of iRestore STL.
I am owner and landlord of other properties, all contractors always ask me if they can keep it, or how much of the material I want.
All other companies, contractors, who walk into my property always take before and after pictures, and are liable for any damages to my property.
iRestore STL, after the initial signing with the $1,500 penalty fee, will show days later that either pay for extra insurance or release them of any responsibility for damages (see attached pictures).
The owner, Kirk, hustles the customer. I need to show within seven calendar days or they will choose the shingles, type of material and I release any control of what I can or cannot choose. What is going on with this guy, I dont even have the claim depreciation money yet in my account.
We go to his office, offers my wife a bottle water to drink, and none to me. He then offers me a company jacket, and none to her. I then say I want the bottle water offered to her, and he goes to the fridge and has none.
We go to their showroom, and he is there right on our necks forcing us to choose the black shingles, he says those are the most requested and best, and we said no. He insisted my wife to select the shingles, she repeatedly told him I want my husband to choose it, and he would again and again showed the shingles to her, and request she chooses it. As if he would have enjoyment on not been able to choose. I persisted, and selected Cedar Hills, and guess what, just read the brochure, is the most famous of all by ***. The whole shingle selection took maybe 45 seconds, he never gave us any breathing room, him and his cheesy fake smile, for a material that will be on our roof for possibly 25 plus years.
Multiple times he would address my wife, while I was talking, and completely leaving me in the air, complete disrespect, still persisting she made the decisions and what she thought of the prices, and fees. He told us ALL shingles were the same price, but then said we upgraded and it was an additional $1,000 to $1,600. Later Kirk wanted to have the new roof installed this next Saturday, and I said not yet. He seemed uncomfortable I did not agree, I explained until the money from *** is deposited on my checking account, which takes 48 to 72 hrs, it cannot be installed. At some point during our talk, he mentioned if someone walks away with the money and goes on vacation with it he would put a lien on the property... wow, what?!
To end it with a bang, he was not man enough to text his concerns over the phone and discuss it like grown adults, but decided to trash talk to me over the phone. His actions have been reported to *** claims and Revdex.com as well.
Kirk, "short fuse", and any of your company workers, stay away from my property, and do not contact me over phone or text.
Learn from your brother Dave, who has self control, good self esteem and knows how to treat others.

apparently you enjoy making up offenses, and well in this case lying flat out consistently.
There is a huge cost difference between a 3-tab & a HD architectural shingle. This is why I refused to do your roof, and any work on your property. Especially when you want to have a fist fight and threaten to cancel, because I didn't climb your icy roof in high winds.
Well I have taken care of that for you. However before you go again your are welcome that because of my services alone you now have the money to replace your roof.

I have been working with Clayton and Chris from iRestore LLC regarding my roof and additional repairs on my ceiling in my kitchen since June. We are coming close to the work starting. They have walked me through the process and answered all of my questions thus far. Both of them have been punctual, kind, professional and easy to work with. I am so looking forward to my repairs being done by them. I highly recommend them.
And I will be writing another review after it is all finished.

I recently had hail damage to my roof. A friend of mine told me to get a hold of Randy at I-restore. I called I-restore to set up a meeting and Randy called me back ten minutes later. He came by the next day and gave me his assessment of the roof. He explained to me the process that would take place with the insurance company. He did all of the leg work. He brought by some samples of shingles a few days later and we were on our way. He told me how long the process would take. He followed thru with his promises in a timely fashion. They did a great job and kept everything cleaned up as they went along. Very impressed with the process.

To Whom it may concern,

In response to the alleged complaint. Here is my response as follows. *** had requested our services to help her with her insurance company. My sale rep *** filed her claim, met with the adjuster and had got her home approved for a new roof, gutters, and many other damaged areas. *** then met with her mortgage company and explained the work we were doing to get her loan approved since she was refinancing. Then we proceeded to do the work requested. Initially *** only wanted to do the roof on the house and keep the reminder of her claim dollars for herself. We did the roof and a beautiful job. She complained about a few nails. I sent my contractor back and had them rake the yard with a magnet to remove any left over nails. I will add we also upgraded her shingles, added ridge cap that was to be paid out of pocket by her and she still has an outstanding balance of $800 which at this point I have charged off and not filed a lien against her property which I am within my rights to do. Then her mortgage company came back and told her she needs to do the rest of the work to get the rest of the claim money. So she then asked us to do her gutters, we did. We have done all the work for what the insurance paid out and not a penny more. At her request to my gutter contractor in an effort to save money she asked for her old gutter helmets to be reinstalled instead of new ones. Unfortunately she does not like that result, and is doing all of this in an effort to get work done for free.I have asked repeatedly for her to contact me, come by my office so I can show her in writing what she requested to no avail. The only communications I have gotten are text messages, and nasty letters. I feel at this point all she is doing is trying to slander me because she is not aware of how insurance works, and wants the leftover money available. Unfortunately the bank won't release that until that work is done and regardless that will have to be paid to the contractors who do the work. *** paid out of pocket her deductible of $1500 which is required by anyone. She wanted to pocket the remaining funds but the bank wont pay out unless all the other work. Shed removal, Metal patio cover, and Garage work is completed. My company only does Residential roofing, gutters, and siding. I will not do work or seek out other contractors in an effort just to please her. I have gone above and beyond to please her and unfortunately all I get is false accusations and a customer who want all this work done for free. She has a 50yr warranty registered with GAF that I paid for myself. I'm not sure what of if anything can be done to satisfy her. She wont allow us on the property and wants to communicate via text message or a letter and only when she wants to. I am extremely disappointed since I pride myself on customer satisfaction and have never had a complaint. I feel she is just trying to extort me for a refund which will not happen. MY next step is to turn this over to my attorney and take her to court for slander. I apologize that you have had to now be involved for a matter that has been explained at least 15-20 times to the client, in person and over the phone. I hope this explains the situation and clarifies that the only deception that has happened is on the customers end.

instead of this nonsense if you want the gutter guy to come back over and do gutter helmets made to fit your new gutters I'll be happy to send him and he will cut you a break, however it won't be for free. Secondly, I am not doing your metal patio, demolish your shed, and or do work to the other exterior structure. You will have to hire a company that does that since we do not. Third in reference to your upgrades I have pictures of your old roof and your new roof. You now have a HD Laminated shingle and ***. I will waste no further time in this matter. You may call *** about your displeasure with the install since that is where your complaint really is. *** ask for Jim.

iRestore STL replaced my roof after recent hail storms. I cannot express just how impressed I am with the level of service I received. All my phone calls were answered or returned quickly, and they even knew I was calling and called me by my name. That made me feel like I was an important customer. The roofers showed up on time, worked hard to protect my property and landscaping, and cleaned up after they were done. The one SMALL issue I had was treated like a major issue by the company and handled quickly. Randy *** and Clayton *** were so responsive to my questions, and I never felt like I wasn't an important part of the process. I will recommend iRestore, to anyone needing exterior repairs/upgrades to their home.

I-Restore STL was recommended to me by my neighbor who had just had his roof replaced and may I add is a lovely roof.

It’s a very confusing situation if you are not in this trade, so having the right team to take control of the process is key.

I was introduced to Clayton and from that moment on, I knew I was in the right hands. He explained the difference between the shingle choices and sold me on the architectural roof with the added warranty to other features that I wasn’t aware of.

He is very thorough and his awesome personality made this a very pleasant experience. I was actually excited to know I would be getting a new roof soon!

He walked me through every step of the process from the initial inspection results to handling the insurance claim and meeting the adjuster. My insurance adjuster even complimented Clayton on his thoughness and professionalism!

Clayton then set up my appointment with Kirk to select my materials.

Kirk took care of all paperwork and assisted me in choosing the correct color shingles and other materials. Their state of the art 3D computer renderings made the selection process a breeze. Choosing the right color is very important and this program allowed me to see what the different colors look like on my home. Kirk explained each step as I made my choices and I left the office with the confidence that I would be getting a beautiful new roof with a short period of time.

I would be remiss if I didn’t say to contact the team at iRestore STL for all your roofing and storm damage needs.

My new roof will be installed next week, so I will continue my review post installation.

I recieved storm damage and was in need of a roof replacement. Their service reps were fast and answered all my questions. They worked with the insurance company and set the roof replacement date sooner than expected. The crew that completed the roof replacement did an excellent job. I recently replaced all my grass and I was concerned about it getting damaged. They completed the job in less than a day and without there being a new roof you wouldn't have known they were there. Great team.

Randy *** and his crew did an excellent job on tearing off the old roof, doing repairs, installing a new roof, and cleaning up the mess on our attached home. He also had to deal with 2 separate insurance companies which was a real problem for Randy, My only issue was with the owner Kirk, he really should consider taking some customer relations classes because I found his personality to be very offensive.

I believe in giving credit where it is deserved. As far as the black mail issue, your company should not promise things they don't intend to fulfill. You have some good people working for you and could have a prospering company, so please take some constructive criticism and learn how to get along with people.and don't be such a hot head. Let’s face it, nobody wants wake up Monday morning to discover their shingles littering the yard from last nights wind storm.

Thankfully, when this scenario happened to me a few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to have a neighbor who highly recommended Kirk and the iRestoreStl team.

I called IRestoreStl about 11 am Monday and even with high call volume they received from the overnight storm, they made sure someone was out to inspect my roof that evening.

The iRestoreStl technician inspected my roof and confirmed the damage I suspected. He then helped me call my insurance company to start a claim, met with the insurance claims agent to make sure all the damage was noted and he made sure the damaged sections of my roof were tarped so the forecasted rain didn’t cause a leak.

The roof installation was scheduled for a week after the insurance inspection and took less than a day to complete. The workers arrived promptly, did a good job roofing and were thorough on combing the property with magnets to catch any roofing nails that landed in the yard from the tear off process.

I was at work most of the day the roof was installed, so I thought it was a nice touch that Kirk texted me pictures of the progress. When I came home that night Kirk told me the both he and the roofers has already walked the yard with magnets to get all the roof nails.
Kirk told me to call him if I or the neighbors saw anything that was missed and he would come back out and pick it up personally.

Overall I can’t say enough good things about iRestoreStl, it’s work or how easy they made the process for me.
