on 10/**/16 [redacted] asked us to change the battery on his watch.  it was not running at all as he watched me change the battery in front of him as he was watching very close and attentively I changed the battery and hand him the watch. the first thing he does before even setting the time...

he pushes the button on the side of the watch and says the timing is not working and it was working fine before I got here. I mentioned to him that the watch was not running how could it working before when it had a dead battery.  we have several costumers that were present to the facts of this transaction and the conversation that took place even they were upset by the accusations and the behavior of this person.
