Review: I have sent several emails as requested by the company requesting an RMA number to return a product under their 30 day money back policy. I have also tried calling their phone number and have only been able to get into a computer loop sending me back to their web address with no actual contact. My emails have not been replied to.My order number is [redacted] and was placed on 7/17.Desired Settlement: Email me the required information so I can submit my refund/return within the 30 day money back period. After that, credit my account for the refund.
