We purchased a *** high efficiency Infinity furnace from Francis Fuels***, sold us the Furnace and told us that we should pay extra to have a 100k BTU furnace as it has a stronger blower (our house is around Sqf) although the previous furnace was an 80k BTUAs we used *** contacts to purchase the Furnace, we were promised by *** that we will receive a gift card and extra *** (*** told us that this was not true and we never received any of that)
Installers came and installed the new furnace a few weeks laterIt was one of the messiest install everWhen they started the furnace, it was so noisy that they had to stop the furnace and they realized that there was a hand full of bolts and screws inside the blowerThe installer removed a few of them and told us that it didn't matter if there were some left inside the blowerI had to insist to make them remove all bolts and screws from the blowerTo this date, I don't know how this much bolt and screws could have fell inside the blower and I'm sure that some of the component inside of the furnace are lose
When they tested the Furnace, the CFM of the furnace was actually lower than the one that we had beforeBecause of the way the job was done and the fact that the furnace that was sold to us (which was actually less powerful than what was promised), I did not sign the work sheet and called the companyThey gave me ***'s phone numberI called him several time and he never called back
Weeks after when we started the furnace for heat, smell of fumes started to be felt in all our rooms and in the furnace roomIt is as the fumes of the burned gas get in to the air ducts***We called the company that told us to turn off the furnace (and it was -outside) for an entire day until they sent us a technicianThe technician came in and stayed for minSaid that he didn't find anything and left telling us that the file will be transferred to the supervisor, ***For a week, we were waiting for his call (he never did)
***I still believe that the installation or the unit has major issuesWe have to open windows in the middle of the winter to remove the smell of burned gas in our house
We do not recommand this company to anyone***

I want to say that I was very impressed with JESSE F*, good work and nice way to communicate with the client
I had my air conditioning maintenance done today at 2:15pm and Jesse was very good at his job, informative and honest which is very important to me
I would recommended this technician to anybody that I know and I would like him to be again next year, my technician to do the maintenance on my air conditioning

I got quotes from three major companies for a new furnace (and AC) All three quotes were similar but I chose Francis Fuels because their salesperson, *** He even emailed me on a Sunday evening to let me know he might be able to get me an extra rebate of several hundred dollars from the furnace manufacturer...which he did The other two sales people did nothing extra nor did I hear from them after our initial meeting *** was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get my business
The furnace was installed within a few days and when we realized that the discharge hose had a leak, the technician was back to replace it within a couple of hours
As for the three rebates we're getting, the paperwork was handled quickly ***, submitted two rebates on our behalf and for the third, they sent me the instructions including the photocopies of the invoices that were required for the rebate
