All the rules and laws have the same purpose. They organize the relations between individuals and the society to make it clear what is right and wrong and what happens if someone breaks the rules. They are designed to ensure fairness, safety and respect for other people's rights.
The Better business Buru (Revdex.com) Standards for Trust are eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business. The Revdex.com Code of Business Practices is built on these standards. Build Trust: Establish and maintain a positive track record in the marketplace. Advertise Honestly Adhere to established standards of advertising and selling. Tell the Truth: Openly identify the nature, location, and ownership of the business, and clearly disclose all policies, guarantees and procedures that bear on a customer’s decision to buy. Honor Promises Abide by all written agreements and verbal representations. Be Responsive: Address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith. Safeguard Privacy: Protect any data collected against mishandling and fraud, collect personal information only as needed, and respect the preferences of consumers regarding the use of their information. My name is *** I'm 36 years old. I bought my 2002 Corvette a long time ago around seven plus years, when I was working. I took it to Idaho Irish Auto body located *** Boise Idaho 83709 to get an estimate on what was going wrong with my car leaking in fix it. The estimate was a lot more than I thought it would be. I told them I’m only on Social Secretary disability right now. I will call them when I have enough to pay for it. I was told everything will be noted for me for when I bring it back. After its done they could check if there was other leaks which I was told should be done as well.(Randy)the owner went to get the car outside. He was extremely cold, I said thank you asked him something on my car he just walked away cold shoulder said nothing when I was right in front of him. My mouth dropped how he acted to me but was nice to the other client that stopped by.
Months pass by maybe around three. I saved the money and was back from California so I called to schedule an appointment to have my car fixed as planned. My appointment was about 2 weeks out. I also let her (Christine I believe) know my dad attempted to fix it when I was in California trying to do something nice for me, however he ended up with issues from a stroke, exacerbated the injuries in the military, all the world's issues going on and taking care of my brother was too much. I said the car would be towed in if that was ok. she said that's ok bring it in there take care of it so I did again as planned .The tow itself there cost $123.00.I asked if there’s a military discount cause I have an ID as well from military? She said no sorry. I will get a call when there done.
Christine and an older lady told me it's going to cost around $255 at first I thought it was going to an extra amount but no harm done by what dad did. But they clarified it was going to all cost $255 altogether which was great I was going to do. I estimate the next day Randy said he refuses to do my car, he’s opting out of it, and to pick it up my car being extremely rude mannered tone of course I stated the above info. But he didn't care and said to pick up my car he's not doing it. My mouth dropped again crying because I dropped it off to have it done. I went over everything when I was there and planned beforehand. I did all in good faith. That was the agreement I had. Now I have no car to drive. I have to find another shop that does it. (I felt discriminated against treated so badly) Randy having no integrity, breaking the shops word and practices.
I go back and forth from California to Idaho mostly due to my brother having Muscular Dystrophy. When I was gone to California my dad attempted to look what's wrong with it, to make sure the place wasn’t over pricing me not taking advantage of -like most fathers do and try to fix it. I got the money saved up for it. I called to make an appointment at the shop which was June 1 2020.Not having a car is extremely hard which I'm sure anyone can imagine have so much going on I just wanted to get it fixed and trusted them to keep their word and honor what was promised was very clear didn't hide anything.
Irish Auto body broke these standers. The owner should take accountability of their actions by not following the Revdex.com Standards, and should have consequences so others do not suffer what I went through financially and emotionally. By being the owner of a business makes it that much worse. Teaching others the wrong things and a bad mentor of those who look up to him. If it was going to be a little more he could have said something or if I have to wait longer to get fixed. He just dismissed me period.

Laws protect our general safety, and ensure our rights as citizens against abuses by other people, by organizations, and by the government itself. Have laws to help provide for our general safety. These exist at the local, state and national levels .It is a serious matter. The amount from the tows back and forth is about of the prize of the issue on the car Out of pocket. I’ve asked for a formal complaint and he doesn’t have one, just give it to him which I will.
I need to be guided what to do next & my rights to file complaints/small claims on Irish auto body and all that I need to do. What actions to do next. Please email back I made one attempt on line all ready. Please accommodate me on this process .Ì have many disability’s. Due to all this exacerbated my Ms. Now I have to wait to fix my car until I can save up again to have this work done. I was ext
