I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I do expect to receive the contact lenses next week along with the written prescriptions for both my contact lenses and glasses.What I don't understand is why Irish Eyes would respond to this immediately but not my voice mails and emails I find this to be poor customer service and I will looking for another eye care provider

Hello,My name is *** *** I filed a complaint with Irish Eyes in Essex Junction the # is *** I agreed with their terms; however, they have yet to fulfill their promise They still have not sent my contacts in the mail they still have not sent my prescriptions for my contacts or glasses I have tried numerous times to reach them and they do not return my messagesNow I am out of contacts that were originally ordered in May of I am so fed up with this I would like to reopen this complaint and want action taken Thank you for your time

To whom this may concern:I would like to start off by stating that this complaint totally blindsided me.  I have been in business for 13 years, and I would never intentionally ignore a request for a copy of an itemized receipt or any other documents that the patient needs.  I spoke to...

[redacted] on 12/7 in regards to her eyeglass order and explained that they didn’t pass inspection and would follow up with the lab and I would call her if there were any other problems and there wasn’t I received them on 12/10 and never received the opportunity to call her.  She had sent me an email telling me to cancel the order and she put the payment into dispute with her credit card company, which was not necessary all she had to do was explain that she was unhappy and I would have given her a refund with no problem.  She called her insurance company who then called me as asked how much her glasses cost and how much her copay was, the information that she received was inaccurate, my understanding was that she was told that there was a balance and she could not pick her glasses up until the balance was paid.  She paid for her order up front and in full.  I am very sorry for her distress and frustration, I did send her prescription and receipt via email and for whatever reason she did not receive them, so it was assumed that I never sent them.  We really try to make sure that all our patients leave happy even if there are errors, delays or even mistakes but we can’t  fix the problem unless the patient communicates with us and at least gives us the opportunity to make things right.  I am sorry that [redacted] felt that the only thing left to do was to send a letter to you, an notify her credit card company with a dispute.  [redacted]

We completely understand the patients frustration.  Our office is currently in the process of relocating.  We were having some communication difficulty, but am confident that all systems are up and running properly.  I will be more than happy to comply with the patients request and...
