Review: Refill order was entered on-line on 1/*/16. Company filed insurance claim on 1/* and did not process order. I was contacted on 1/** becasue they could not access stored payment information. Provided it on 1/** and was told order would be delivered in 48 hours. By 1/** order had not been delivered and payment had not been processed; cancled in writing via email, requested that insurance claim be reversed so medication could be provided by another pharmacy. Confirmed cancelation by phone with staff on 1/**. On 1/** credit card was charged and order was shipped. Contacted repeatedly (1/**, 1/**, 1/**) with no resolution. Prescribing doctor has contacted to have prescription released, no result. New pharmacy contacted, no result. I have contacted insurance, they claim nothing can be done. Company states that even though they were not authorized to charge or ship the prescription they will not reverse the insurance claim until medication is back in their stock. Credit card reversed charges based on email cancelation I provided. I do not have medication and have no shipping or tracking information on the product. Because of their possible illegal activities, I have been unable to take prescribed medication for more than 3 weeks.Desired Settlement: Notifying government agencies of practices that are dangerous, possible insurance fraud

Review: Hello-- I have been using IRMAT pharmacy to refill a prescription for about a year now, and it is always a hassle with horrible customer service. However, this time around-- it was simply the worst I have ever been treated by any company, ever. Revdex.com, the way I have been treated leads me to believe they are running an illegal operation.

On Monday, I called to refill my prescription. They were "business as usual" for them-- sloppy-- and it took them about 10 minutes to find my name, after the employee kept asking me if I was sure about my name and birthday. They said they would fill my prescription and have it out for delivery that afternoon. (The business model includes day-of delivery in Manhattan-- that is why I signed up for the service.)

I waited all day Monday, it did not come. I gave them Tuesday as a grace period, it still did not arrive. By this time I had already gone two days without my medicine. I called Wednesday, and asked when I should expect my delivery. This time I was placed on hold for 15 minutes, and then told that there was no record of my call on Monday, but that they would now process my order and send it out immediately. I waited for the delivery on Wednesday and Thursday, and it did not come.

On Friday afternoon, I called again-- this time incredibly frustrated as I had now gone 4 days without a medicine that I need to apply twice a day. This time, I waited on hold for 22 minutes. Finally, someone answered, and when I asked where my medicine was, I was told that the order had not been processed because there had been a price increase in the drug ($10 to $35) and that I had only orally approved them to charge my card $10. I was livid-- when were they planning on telling me this? I had been waiting for this drug for 5 days, and the order had never been put through because it took 5 days for them to see a $25 drug increase? They should have called me immediately, as soon as they realized, rather than simply waiting for me to call back. I also thought they should absorb the difference in cost as a small token for what they had put me through that week. I asked to speak with a supervisor.

I waited on the like for 53 more minutes, finally to be transferred to a self-proclaimed "middle man", and then eventually to a supervisor. The supervisor-- who sounded like a teenager-- did not understand or pay attention to a single thing I said. Instead, he repeated "[redacted]" He did not have the authority to send me my drug immediately, or to wave any or all of the fee. I spoke with him for 15 minutes before I realized it was going no where. He did assure me one thing: that my drug would be delivered first thing Saturday morning, before 10 am.

It's now 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, and I still do not have my drug. That's 6 days without my prescription. I just called AGAIN, and was told, for the fourth time in six days, that my prescription would be sent out "immediately."

This is absolutely ridiculous. I've spent hours on hold chasing down this drug, and I've now gone 6 days without it. I'm regretting ever getting involved with such a shady business, and I hope other consumers can see this and save themselves the trouble.

I would like the Revdex.com to examine this business. I'm fairly certain this is some kind of a front. It is hard for me to believe the abuse I have suffered at the hand of this "pharmacy.' No consumer should be treated like this, especially when the product at issue a medicine.Desired Settlement: I would like my prescription delivered, immediately. I would like a credit for the $35.

Review: The week of July *, I called Irmat Pharmacy's 1-800 number to pay for my son's prescription. I was told that I will receive the medicine in two days. A week later I called because the medicine did not arrive. I was told by a representative that the medicine was never shipped out. The representative told me for the mistake he would ship it in one day. A few days passed and I did not receive the shipment. I called again and a representative told me that [redacted] attempted to deliver the package and I was not home. After three attempts made by [redacted], I don't have the medicine. [redacted] is attempting to deliver the package at 11am or 12pm, when no one is home because we all work. I called [redacted] to have to package left at their office and they stated that it was resrictions on the shipment and they could not do that. I called Irmat Pharmacy again for the sixteen time and the current representative is trying to help me. I also made a complaint to a supervisor and was told that he would try to refund the $35 I paid but he never returned my call. I am furious and disguested with this pharmacy and I have to tell my son's doctor never to have me use this service again. I am utterly disgusted by the first representative not shippign the package out. What if my son's life was on the line for this medicine? What would happen to him? I want the medicine, my money refunded and never to use this pharmacy again.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded.

Review: I was told by my dermatologist that I needed to order my prescription from Irmat. I reached out to them provided the appropriate information and paid for my prescription. At that time the I was told the prescription would be at my door in 2-3 days. After a week I called back in and was told that it had not been shipped and the rep apologized and said she would have it rush delivered by that Friday since I called on a wed. Monday came around and I still had not received my prescription. I called back in and they said it was delivered on Saturday and that someone had signed for it. I let them know that I had never received my prescriptions nor did I sign for them. The rep said they would open a claim with [redacted] for my refund and give me a call back. After 3 weeks I still never received a call so I called back to follow up on 8/** and the rep said that she needed to file a claim with [redacted] to see where it was delivered and that I would not receive a refund until they got their product back. The call dropped so I called back in with to speak with another woman who said they were having phone issues but she would escalate the issue and see if she could get me a refund sooner and that she would call me in 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed , 1 hour, 3 hours and finally 5 hours later I called back in upset that no one had called me back and it had been 5 hours when I was told 10 minutes. This person then escalated the call to a manger who said the [redacted] claim was never filed and that she was maxed out as to what she could do but she would escalate the issue for refund and give me a call personally in 24 hours. Now it has been 48 hours and I have yet to receive a phone call about my refund. This is very upsetting and this companies customer service is HORRIBLE. I'm sure they don't care since they have their money but this is very frustrating an upsetting. This has gone on for almost 6 weeks . I had to cancel my follow up appointment since I never received prescription.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my prescriptions which is $60.00 I also purchased other prescriptions to go with these that were $90.00 for a total of $150.00 When prescriptions are ordered you can not return them. Now I have other medicines that only work with the ones I never received and I had to cancel my appointment.
