I purchased a shadowhawkflashlights flashlight from the Internet on February [redacted], 2016. I received a confirmation email stating my order had been placed but, nothing else. I called today February **, 2016 to find out the status of my order. The attendant that answered my call did not state his name but did ask whom he was speaking with. I told him I was calling to check on the status of my order. He asked me if I had received an additional email stating everything was on back order? I told him I had not. He informed me that all orders placed between the end of January and the [redacted] of February where on back order. So, untill the [redacted] of this month when they get their new shipment they could not ship any order placed during that time period. So, I asked if I could add more to my order since they had not filled, processed, or shipped my order yet? He began telling me all the bundle deals they had available to make my order better. And the price more affordable. I decided on the 2 flashlight deal with chargers and batteries. So, I asked him to change my order to that bundle. He told me he could not cancel my order. That he sees what I am doing. That if he changed my order that I would be stealing from his company! Because this bundle deal was more product for around the same price. Excuse me I asked? I am not stealing from anyone. As I see it you took my money, didn't have product to ship me, didn't inform me it was out of stock, and then when I wanted to spend more money with your company you accused Me the customer of stealing! I said fine cancel my order and I will reorder later. He told me he couldn't cancel my order and he never should of told me about the other offers they had. I asked to speak to a manager because I know I am allowed to cancel an order. He responded with, "Oh your one of those people!" "Exactly What is that suppose to mean?", I asked. He proceeded to laugh as I asked multiple times to speak to his manager. He put me on hold to get a manager. After 3 minutes when he returned he told me his manager was busy. I told him I could wait. He said he gets paid by the hour and I can wait all day if I would like. Clearly he was refusing to get me his manager.
I asked again for him to just cancel my order entirely! I am not going to upgrade an order from a company that has no product and their employees are accusing me of stealing from them! This time he complied but grunted and huffed breathing heavily in the phone in contest to me canceling. I will not buy any products from this company ever! Worst phone and support from a company i

Review: I ordered an Acer Iconia Tab A700 Series Tablet with 32GB Memory Black. from the Bestbuy market place which came from the third party seller IRN Inc. To start, I purchsed the tablet on 11/**/13. On 12/**/13 I recieved an email saying that the product had shipped. However, based on tacking, FedEx said they didn't even receive it until 12/**/13. I emailed the seller who said FedEx wouldn't except the shipment so I received the product over a week late. Then after 2 days of using the tablet, we realized that it was not what we were expecting. It was supposed to be the latest Android system but it was still flaky so we wanted to return it and get the next model up which uses Windows 8. I sent en email again asking how return the item and did not get a response so I called Bestbuy who gave me IRN's number. I called several times and left messages but they never called back. After Calling Bestbuy several times, filing complaints, calling IRN, leaving messages and sending several emails they finally responded 12/**asking for the serial number which I gave them promptly. On 12/**they responded saying they have to get the RMA approved and it should be within 72 hours. On 1/**/14, I recieved an email saying that the RMA was approved and given an address to send the tablet and told once they receive the item I would be refunded. On 1/**/14, I sent out the package with tracking and insurance. According to USPS tracking, it was delivered on 1/**/14. However, as of 1/**/14 I had not heard back from IRN so I emailed them yet again. Today 1/**/14, I get an email saying that they are refusing the RMA because there are fingerprints on the touchscreen tablet and it was used. I am curious as to how they expect customers to try the product without using it. That's the only way to learn you do not like it so you can return it in a timely manner. Now, I am out a tablet and $332. This is the worst service I have ever received.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and to be done with them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They issued a full refund immediately.
