The business has responded as it indicated.  I do now have a functioning robot.  Our process, however, is not complete so I would like to keep the complaint open.  I don’t have shipping labels as promised and I don’t know which of the many pieces of malfunctioning hardware irobot wants back.  We need to work all of these details out.  So until this is completely done, I would like to keep this open. Regards,

Someone from iRobot left a message for me. But when I returned his call, I got his voicemail.  So far, I have not talked to this employee in person, nor did he indicate what iRobot's response to my complaint is.  So, at this point in time, this matter has not been settled, as nothing has been done.

To Whom It May Concern,We have some concerns regarding this situation.  The robot Mr. ** indicated the serial number for his Scooba 450 is [redacted], the customer when provided a photo of the serial number what was shown was [redacted], which is registered to a...

different account.We have offered to have a shipping label sent for the customer to return the robot to our corporate facility to have our people examine the Scooba, but the customer has refused stating it would be inconvenient for him to obtain a box or to get it to [redacted].Given the situation, unless we recieve the robot back to our Corporate Office using a shipping label we would provide, we will be unable to move forward on this matter.Thank you,

I will sign a waiver only stating that the refund is due to lost box. My lost box has nothing to do with the damaged floors. Why do you keep insisting on me signing away my damage claim over a lost box? It makes no sense and tells me that I am in the right here. Rewrite the form to state a refund is being issues as it is STILL your product and [redacted] is a authorized dealer so it is still made with the same "quality" Assurance as all the other models and comes from the same factory. This is your product regardless of where it was sold at.  Roomba lost my box and I want a refund due to that fact that you lost it. Simple and pretty clear. We keep running into the same circle here!!!

We have spoken to Bett and will be issuing a refund once the robot has been received by us.
