Irock KTV

Review: I came to Irock and was charged 20% gratuity on the total bill not the subtotal bill. I didn't mind paying the 20% gratuity but what I was upset about was paying $17.55 tax for a $97.5 check. I know alcohol is taxed at 9% but I was charged 18% tax double what the standard is supposed to be. Maybe they thought I was drunk and wouldn't notice this on the check? In the state of MD you can not add gratuity to a check anymore starting Jan 2014. On top of that we were a party of 4.Desired Settlement: I want to get refunded the overcharged tax portion and the gratuity. I brought this up to the owner and he brushed me off and gave me a $5 refund. That doesn't even make sense.
