Zero star rating is what should be given. I agree with every review here as I’m a victim of all. The most frustrating app and service ever. The group is faceless and it appears no disciplinary action can be taken against them. They had to be a regulatory body that can investigate them and put them out of business if they are guilty of scamming globally as the reviews reflect
Very terrible customer service. After removing my bank card from recurring payment, they still charged me. And they refused to refund. Had to file a claim with my bank. What’s said is they only upload only a few movies in a month. If there was anything like a ‘no star rating’ that’s what they deserve. Their Service agents don’t think outside the box, so stereotyped, so robotic..
Irokotv are thieves, plain and simple. They are a disgrace. If you don't want thieves to have access to your bank account, don't subscribe. P.s I was forced to click 1 star to be able to post my comment. It's actually 0 stars.
This people are such scammers. I signed up for irokotv a week ago for 3 months just for my account to suddenly stop working, I spoke to the customer service chat and at 1st they told me that it was a technical issues and they were working on fixing it, 4 days passed and my account kept asking me for more payments. When I reached out to them again they told me that I had to pay and that my 3 months was done(expired) I tried to explain to them that I was a new customer and I didn't even last a whole month with them, then the guy became rude with me saying that I had to pay or show the receipts that I even paid smh this is the worst experience that I have ever had they can keep the 3 month fee but at the end of all this they will see smh. They don't even deserve this one star they are devils.
Iroko Tv you guys don't even deserve a star, seems stealing from peoples credit card is how you make your profit. please anyone in case you subscribed and want to cancel, make sure you constantly monitor your bank account to make sure they don't steal from your card. They will tell you your account has been deactivated but will still go ahead and charge your card. Seems there is poor communication between their support staff and finance team.
1) Signed up with iRokotv for 1 month but cancelled after 1 week when I realised they were using the name on the credit card, used to pay the subscription, in the Customer Support Chat. I had created a profile name on sign-up but on inquiry via the Chat I was advised it was company policy to use the name on the credit card and not the user profile name created by the customer. This to me was a breach of the relationship and customer expectation since the name was given as part of the credit card details to transact the subscription payment not for ongoing or incidental communication.
2) A month later I realised the subscription cancellation did not work as my credit card account was charged. I tried again to unsubscribe with the aid via the Customer Support Chat and they walked me through the process. Alas, one month later my credit card account was charged again. Again, I tried to unsubscribe via the Chat....LOL...you guessed it. Charged again. Fortunately, my card was due to expire and, since then, no more charges from iRokotv nor have I been back to iRokotv. I will survive.

A similar thing happened to me, I subscribed and canceled before my due date, I was assured by their customer support that my subscription has been canceled. Few months later I noticed my credit card has been charged. I spoke again to another customer support she assured me my account has been deactivated but my card was still charged after some few months. I finally called my bank and canceled the card. They scammed me a total of $39 and they said it can not be refunded that I should take advantage of a promotion that is currently going on and pay $35 for a year.
I will never recommend anyone to subscribe, lack of customer satisfaction and poor communication of infos within the company
