Around September, 2013, I ordered a rifle from Iron Brigade and was given an 8-10 month window. It has been 17 months and I haven't received the gun.After numerous emails and phone calls, Mr. [redacted] has given me several reasons why the rifle I ordered has been delayed. The last six to 10 months, his correspondence has dropped off and our last phone call was handled rudely, with him telling me that he couldn't possibly communicate with everyone who ordered from him. He has given me timelines for completion and shipping more than once and those timelines have come and gone with no communication from him. I have demanded delivery or a refund by email and no response has been made, leading me to believe that he has no intention of delivering the rifle or of giving me a refund.Desired SettlementI want the product I ordered and paid for in full or a refund immediately. If there is a portion of the order that is not yet ready, which I cannot imagine why there would be, it can follow later.

Ordered product Feb 2012, paid for product in full, no delivery of product. Ordered [redacted] Rifle in Feb 2012 with a promise of a delivery date of 8-10 months, original deposit of $2000 was paid. Email was sent by manufacturer in April 2013 that product delivery was imminent and balance due was requested and paid in full, an additional $6000. Have made numerous requests for either delivery of promised product or full refund and have not received a response to date. Desired SettlementFirst choice would be immediate delivery of product or a complete refund of monies paid. Business Response Iron Brigade Armory makes every effort to meet or exceed delivery "Estimates". Government and Law Enforcement orders take precedence. The final bill was never sent requesting final payment. Customer consistently emailed checking the status and offered to send more funds. A response saying the delivery was imminent was made but no firm delivery time or final paperwork was issued, nor was there a "Promise" made. Manufacturing, specifically at this level, requires the utmost of quality control. Based on numerous factors in the firearms industry we have encountered much longer lead times on products and components. That not only elongated our delivery times but has also affected the quality of inbound components. Our reputation has not been one of quickness but one for quality and effectiveness. Therefore, the rifle will not and subsequently did not ship until it was 100%. Consumer Response I understand the rifle has been delivered to a gun shop in [redacted] as directed last April. At this point I am pleased and thanks for your assistance in getting this matter resolved.
