Hello [redacted],We again want to apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you and am terribly sorry for any delay you experienced prior to your case being escalated to myself.  We take customer service extremely seriously and do as much as possible when possible to satisfy all of our...

clients.  It is unfortunate what happened with your file and while we did apply with our lenders, per our signed contract, it is in no-way fraud.  Nothing was done maliciously or fraudulently.  Because of such, we provided you with the letter you requested to remedy the situation. While we may have suggested Lexington Law as a remedy, we certainly did not give them any of your information without your consent. We have charged you no fees, obviously as you have not acquired any funding and we even offered to compensate you for remediation of your inquiries. You requested a letter stating the situation which we provided to you. As previously mentioned, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Per our last contact was on October 9th we left off that you'd be sending the letter I provided to the bureaus and that you would then follow up with Michael. Michael followed up with an email to you on October 21st, with no response, so I'm a bit confused as to what you mean by you "have not heard from the company after this and that your calls are not being returned" as nobody else you've dealt with in our company has heard from you as well. If you would like to discuss this further and have a solution to remedy this you can reach me directly at ###-###-####.

In response to the rejection, we have made contact with Ms. [redacted] and have come to an agreement to remedy the situation.  While there was, in fact, no fraud involved, there was an error on our part which we have accepted fault for.  Ms. [redacted] information was provided to us, by herself, and was not obtained or submitted fraudulently as we have a signed contract confirming this. However, it was submitted in error to multiple lenders instead of a single lender while in our applications process.  As mentioned, we've reached out to Ms. [redacted] and have come to an amicable agreement which we both felt was a fair compromise.
