Review: This company, or people representing this company name, are promising people jobs. I was told that I was guaranteed a job within one week of certification. I would not have paid for certification or for job placement had I know it was going to take this long. And I still have nothing or the confidence that these people are going to do anything for me on top of that. I was guaranteed something so that I could come out my pocket. I was taken advantage of because of my unemployment situationDesired Settlement: I would like the 100 back I paid for job assistance.

Review: I am writing this on behalf of my husband.

He located this company on [redacted] and decided to call. He spoke to a "[redacted]" on the phone and she was more than willing to set up an interview with him for the following day. She did advise him over the phone that for the position he was coming in for he would need to take an OSHA course that would cost $100.

He went this morning to his interview and was told that after taking the course he would also have to pay a fee of $149 so that this company could locate jobs for him.

First - he was told after his OSHA course that he would be placed in a building to do cleaning and maintenance work but upon paying the $100 for the OSHA course he was told they would help him look for a job.

Second - The "contract" he signed makes no mention of the "position" he went to interview for, it's completely about a security officer position.

Third - It clearly states on the paper that the OSHA charge is $100 and that the $149 is an additional fee. When he called them back to question the fee he was told the total amount of $249 is for the OSHA course which completely contradicts what was told to him on the phone the previous day. He was now told that the $100 was a deposit fee and that is non-refundable.

While I agree that my husband was a bit naive to believe what he was told he still doesn't deserve to be out $100 now. No one in that office seems to have a real name either. It's all "[redacted]" or "[redacted]". I can tell from this alone that this is a scam plain and simple.

They won't give him a refund but it states on the "contract" that he has five days to request one.Desired Settlement: I want the money back and this "company" should have an F rating on here so other people don't get scammed.

Review: I paid a deposit to this company on 12/**/13 to receive OSHA training on 12/**/13, I went back to the company on 12/**/13 because my son has [redacted] which requires him to use supplemental oxygen he is experiencing [redacted] and has to stay in the hospital due to this I will not be needing their services. I did not go through any training. I went to the company for my refund they were very rude and unprofessional. The [redacted] yelled at me and kept closing the door on me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund because I did not receive any services from this company.

Sincerely,

Review: Currently I am unemployed and am considered long term, last week I recived a call from this agency telling me they work with the Dept of Labour and they are interviewing for janitorial positions. My interview was today January **, 2014 at 11:00 AM. When I went to the interview I was told they had job but I had to pay for a OSHA 10 hour class. I signed the paper and gave them my 100 cash, they told me to come to the class, I called my family who told me they should not charge for a job interview. My mother and myself returned to find out they did not give back cash refunds also they stated they had a workforce one employee there but we went to Dept of labor Workforce one and no such person works there. I feel they took advantage and will continue to rip off desperate unemployed individuals like myself.Desired Settlement: This company does not operate legitimately need to be investigated. DOL does not know them at all I will report to US attorney general.

Sincerely,

Review: I was desperately seeking employment. A friend gave me a clipping of a classifieds she saw in the AM newspaper. I called the agency and was told that, for the custodial position they have available, I will need to pay $200 for an OSHA course and job placement is guaranteed upon completion of course. I paid the money and never again heard from the agency. Today, I went to the address, and to my utter disbelief, another agency is situated in the same suite, offering employment for a fee. I need the authorities to investigate these agencies. I am out $200 and still no job.Desired Settlement: I would love to get my $200 back, but if this is unlikely, at the very least, I need a thorough investigation into this business and also the new one that is at the same location.
