Review: I had purchased 2 items from store both said they were shipped out with tracking #, 5 days later I received an email stating 1 item was not sent because they no longer had that item; however I received tracking # for both. I received my one item next day. I contacted customer service 6 times with no response to try and resolve issue with no response!!! I explained to them that I also wanted to return item I did receive due to the problems I had with company. The item also didn't come with any packing slip or return slip like company in policies stated it should have. I want to resolve issue, but after 6 emails and no response I am beyond frustrated!!! They ripped me off false advertising, lying about items being sent and no not being able to return other item.Desired Settlement: Want a response from company want company to admit they made a mistake and want money back for item I no longer want!!!!
