Multiple repairs to customers JKU after she was involved in a rear impact collisionWe replaced both axles as well as preformed multiple other repairs to vehicle as well has had an alignment doneCustomer picked up vehicle on 12/30/and signed invoice leaving shop expressing how happy she was
with the outcome of her JeepWe checked in with her weeks after vehicle left shop and she proceeded to to tell us how happy she was with as well as sent us pictures of her JeepWe spoke with her month after her Jeep was done as per our customer care policyAgain we were told how happy she was with her Jeep and in her words it has never driven betterAt no time in these conversations did customer ask for old parts backWe do not reuse gears, rotors or calipers from vehicles ever Mid February we got a message from another customer stating we needed to be careful because "said customer" is broke and telling people she is coming after Iron Goat Garage for moneyShortly after we were contacted by customer asking for her old parts back which we informed her everything but her old BENT axles have been trashedShe said she wanted the axles anyway and sent her boyfriend to pick them upCustomer then said her vehicle was pulling and wasn't aligned correctlyWe told her we would be happy to pay for her Jeep to be put back on an alignment rack and we would take responsibility for the cost to have it realigned if neededThat report showed the alignment was perfect and customer was provided with that reportSince then she has filed a small claims suit against Iron Goat Garage for $stating break of contract and stolen property and filed this claim against Iron Goat Garage with Revdex.com saying its $in partsWe have done everything in our power to solve this issue but customer seems determined to get money which is not due to herWe have a signed invoice showing all work was done and customer agreed and was beyond happy with all the work until months later
