Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint First off I was not given anything when I dropped off my key to the unitSecond correct I did not notify him at the time about the mold as I was not aware there was any since the mold was on the inside of the drawers so I did not notice it until I got homeYes it took me two weeks to notice because we literally moved all our belongings in one weekend and I had several boxes to unpack and a newborn baby to tend toWhich only makes me even more upset knowing that I exposed my children to mold spores for two weeks because I was unaware there was growing mold in the house ??I did not anticipate mold being on their furniture as again I purchased the climate control unit! I suppose I should have assumed your company was incompetent and crooks and checked soonerThe damage was obviously done several months earlier as it was extensive and covered several drawersThere was no water damage done to the furniture so I don't believe the mold is a result of water getting into the unit but rather the climate control feature not workingIt's very sad that your company rather than taking responsibility for a malfunction would rather try and pass the blameYour unit failed at some point and my furniture was ruined as a result and someone else's will be ruined as well because you refuse to do anythingI will make sure and include that in my reviews of your company Regards, [redacted]

First off I was not given anything when I dropped off my key to the unit. Second correct I did not notify him at the time about the mold as I was not aware there was any since the mold was on the inside of the drawers so I did not notice it until I got home. Yes it took me two weeks to notice because we literally moved all our belongings in one weekend and I had several boxes to unpack and a newborn baby to tend to. Which only makes me even more upset knowing that I exposed my children to mold spores for two weeks because I was unaware there was growing mold in the house ??. I did not anticipate mold being on their furniture as again I purchased the climate control unit! I suppose I should have assumed your company was incompetent and crooks and checked sooner. The damage was obviously done several months earlier as it was extensive and covered several drawers. There was no water damage done to the furniture so I don't believe the mold is a result of water getting into the unit but rather the climate control feature not working. It's very sad that your company rather than taking responsibility for a malfunction would rather try and pass the blame. Your unit failed at some point and my furniture was ruined as a result and someone else's will be ruined as well because you refuse to do anything. I will make sure and include that in my reviews of your company.
