Iron Guard Storage

I signed up for a storage for $50.00 a month. I was told that this rate would not very. However in March my rate jumped to 63.00. I called and spoke to 3 reps. I was told *** would contact me back from corporate within 48 hours. I called on the third day because I did not receive a call within 48 hrs.*** then called and was very rude, she said it was my fault I did not get the mail and that she sent an email. I asked her was it ever opened? You see my belongings where in storage because I had a back injury and had to stay with a family member for my recovery. I did not have an address at the time so the young lady who sold me the storage said you can just put your old address. Therefore I did.I did not realize this would be used against me when they wanted to just raise my rates. I never received a letter from them. I am very upset that they can do such a thing without me being aware.I am also dishearten that *** the lady in corporate could be so rude and ugly. She did not help me what so ever. then accused me of yelling. Which I was not. Iron Guard Storage is a rip off with bad customer service and yes corporate rep *** needs to be fired and or taught how to deal with people.
