Iron Hero CrossFit

Iron Hero CrossFit is caulked full of people looking to cheat on their spouses. I've know of several of the Iron Hero coach's who have had affairs with other Iron Hero members and more than several of the members who end up cheating on their spouse and abandoned their families. The Iron Hero "community" mentality promotes exclusion to anyone not in CrossFit and drives people away from their families in favor of the other CrossFit members. There is a reason so many people call this a cult. The Iron Hero community mentality changes the way people value life and the way they look at life.

There are many other ways for people who want to get in shape and be more healthy other than CrossFit. If you're looking to get in shape and be more healthy and you want to keep your family and relationships, don't go to Iron Hero. Make a better choice, find another gym.
