Review: It appears that [redacted].com is no longer in business and has left many of it's customers wondering what is going to happen to all of their wins and unused bids. $915 is the total amount of gift cards I failed to receive before this site disappeared without warning. What actions can be taken to collect on these losses?Desired Settlement: I would expect that [redacted] would refund all unused bids and deliver all won products. If they are unable to deliver these products, they should refund all monies invested by the participants to win the products.

Review: Bidrail is online penny auction website. Bidrail is known after winning an item, winning from matching cards to mail items out 1-30 business days after processing. Nine days ago Bidrail announced their server would be down for a few days back up by next Monday so I sent another 210 dollars in anticipation of winning more on their site for my children for Christmas. As things have turned out Bidrail doesn't respond to emails from anyone, calls, and on [redacted] or [redacted]. I haven't received anything since September with other items missing from August.
