October 6, 2015 Dear Revdex.com, We had *** *** *** *** in for repairLaurie's car had not been detailed yet when she came in June 25, so we had one of our employees take her homeWhen the car was picked up on June 26, she had no issues with the
condition of the carWe walk the car with the customer to make sure they are happy and have no issues before they leaveOn June 28th the manager called and asked her about her deductible she said she did not have one because she only has a Deductible once a year and she already paid that on another claimSo, we told her to double check with her insurance company because we showed she has oneThen we tried to contact her again on June and June with a message being left on those datesShe did call back on July 1, and was informed that she did have a deductible that needed to be taken care of, then at that time she mentioned that her hood didn't line up and the trunk and she was told at her convenience to bring it in and we would look at it and get it taken care ofThen we called her back on July 7, July with messages being left and no return phone callsThen on July we left a message that we were going to send her to collections for paymentThen on July she called back and said she was not paying and there was damage done under the rear bumper that her son saw while driving behind herThen we tried to contact her back on the 27th and left a messageWe did send *** a certified letter on July which she refused to sign forTo us it is an issue of her not wanting to pay her deductibleShe never mentioned that there was a tear in the tint on the rear windowThe dates which she gave are incorrect she was not in possession of her car at those datesYou would notice a tear in your tint right away not a month later.Sincerely,Kevin R***President
