Our experience with Iron & Oak was fantastic overall. They removed carpet, refinished and added some beautiful red oak flooring as well as red oak and walnut treads and risers in our home along. We loved Jakes eye for design as he suggested the walnut accents. We never would have thought of that! We appreciated their methodical approach to the entire project and they did a great job of communicating with us the whole way. This made the process much less stressful for us being we have two elderly people living in our home. They were very sensitive to our specific circumstances and needs along the way. Jake and Doug were always quick to pick up the phone and easy to get ahold of. They’re extremely friendly and prompt as well. The entire crew was knowledgeable and professional and gave us the end result we were looking for. We had a timeline we needed to get the project done and were cooperative with our deadline. I would recommend Iron & Oak to anyone and will use them with future projects. The only thing I would’ve changed is they didn’t add quarter round into their initial estimate which caused some confusion at the end.

We hired Iron and Oak for a complete kitchen and bath remodel. They reviewed a design plan that we had made, and made recommendations which proved to improve the final product - such as combining the existing wood beams into the kitchen design. Doug and Jake were very easy to work with - with bonus stars for attention to details! Their craftsmanship is first rate - as their tag line claims.
Any issues, questions or changes were discussed as the project went forward - and we were pleased with the results. In the end, we added on the stairs to tie in the final product.
The team did a great job cleaning up the job site at the end of every day, in addition to a thorough final check. We trusted the team and are happy we chose them for our project!
