I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
IPOR has updated website to indicate product is out of stock but still lists pricing as $1,849.95. The owner of IPIOR has stated that the past inventory of these tubs is depleted and restocking is pending mfg making changes to product in the mfg process. IPOR does not know if the mfg will agree to these changes and if so, whether the changes will result in price increases, so both avialability and pricing or unknown at this time. I respectfully request that IPOR remove pricing from their website listing for this product and/or display a message stating "call for pricing" be listed.

been misinformed about the product line being discontinued.  It has not been discontinued and we still have substantial inventory in stock, however, the specific part you requested is currently out of stock with no ETA.  I checked the website and it is indeed marked as out of stock.  The “new product” listing shown at the bottom of the page is a function of the web software, which does correctly show them as out of stock when you attempt to order them.  As discussed we have had some manufacturer defects in this product and we are actively working with the manufacturer to resolve them but have no ETA on new inventory or costs that may be involved with the required changes to their manufacturing process.   The price you’ve seen on the current IPOR website, $1849.95 is correct and I have no indication from the manufacturer that this will change.   [redacted] offered an alternative product that he felt may suit your needs and better meet your timeframe, however, your suggestion that we are  engaged in “fraudulent advertising (bait and switch)” is entirely unjustified.  We have sold literally dozens of body tubs at the offered price and will continue to do so as inventory allows, in the mean time we will continue to support our customer base to the best of our ability by offering alternatives when products are temporarily out of stock.

Review: The company advertises a product that they no longer carry for $1,849.95 via this link [redacted] . When I contacted the company to order the product the representative advised that the company has not carried the [redacted] for somtime but the owner will nto take the listing down because he will try and upsell the customer to the [redacted] they now carry which is over twice as expensive.Desired Settlement: Take the listing down if the specific item is not avialable at the price listed.
