I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because, I don't believe it is factual, or that they are taking responsibility for the situation they caused. I did complete a separate transaction with another individual in which I sold my equipment based on my purchase of equipment through Iron Pony, which they have an obligation to fulfill. The equipment that they can provide me is actually less expensive than the normal price of what I paid for, but they're trying to charge me $337.28 more for the alternate items which I feel are actually a downgrade from what I purchased. Additionally, the $437.27 that Iron Pony wants to charge me for the alternate parts is significantly more expensive than I can purchase the same items from other sellers for. As a result, I don't believe that they are offering to sell me these new parts at no profit to them, nor do I believe that matters. They misrepresented what they sold me and I feel they need to provide an alternative solution. Whether it was an honest mistake or not, it was still their mistake and not mine.
We have received acknowledgement from [redacted] that the [redacted] dispute has been decided and a refund has been issued. Mr [redacted] has been refunded for his purchase with Iron Pony. At this time we consider the transaction complete.
On May 22nd our customer wanted to return an admittedly used helmet. Our return policy clearly states only new, unused products are eligible or return. To try and satisfy the customers needs, store credit was offered for the item. Our customer refused the store credit for exchange, and wanted a...
refund. We chose to let the customer keep his original purchase.
