Hello, I received and email on 8/29/2016, I replied to the customer on 8/30/with "I need more information about your order pleaseWhen was it purchased and what is the order number." This was the last correspondence that I hadAfter getting a call today from the Revdex.com I asked a
fellow coworker to look up the name in his email historyHe found emails with the name in question with the final response being that it was sent to a mangerI spoke with Josh today to see if he had any emails from the alleged customer and Josh (the owner) said he sent the alleged customer an email on 7/9/which said, "Hi ***,My name is Josh, and I’m one of the owners of IRO. I want to help resolve the problem, however I’m having trouble finding your original order. Can you help me? I don’t see an order under *** for an OTK in the system, so if you have an order number or a different name that it was ordered under, that would help. Thanks!" The was the last correspondence that we had with customer *** ***, *** We were never provided the information required to verify that the customer in fact bought the item from us directly to resolve the issueWe would be more than happy to assist inresolving the issue if provided the needed information

[redacted] can you please provide me with the order Iron Rock order number so I can try and get this resolved. I am only seeing an OTK steering system which was purchased from Kolak.
