The house rules state that any change of income in the amount of $or more should be reported within days of the change or the resident will forfeit their right to a day notice of rent increase and they are required to repay HUD for subsidy that they received and were not entitled to receiveMr [redacted] did report the change, but not within the given timeframe which is what warranted the lease violation.The change was created in September and is listed with his December 1, annual re-certification as wellMr [redacted] did sign both changesHe will be entered into a repayment agreement to repay these funds in which he still needs to sign.This Community consists of units and we are big on privacy and fair housing and do answer the office phoneIf a resident leaves a message, we will return their call immediately or within hoursThe office hours are posted at the door and are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pmClosed on Wednesday with the exception of every third Wednesday and We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.The staff works with the residents to explain and questions they may have and accommodate them with appointments as well.If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to email me at [redacted] .Sincerely,Elaine C [redacted] Regional Asset Manager
