We sign a contract with Mr *** to build custom cabniets all to be completed March 30, We made two payments, very little work has been completed
We found Mr *** though home adviserHe was listed with them under the name Chris Porter ( we found out later)the name they said they used to do a background check.I found out this information when I called them to make a complaintHe told us his name was *** BallardWe signed a contract on January 30th to completely rebuild and installed cabniets by March 30thWe pay the 50% deposit 8,by check, then 4,By checkAt which time he told us his name was *** *** so we could make the check to himOnce I knew his real name I googled and found horrible reviews on himHe owned Clays custom woodworks, change the name and used bogus names to start over , with the new name to hide his passedEvery time Mr *** said he was going to start, he would have many excuses why he couldn't make itWe have all of these still in text
