The customer service was beyond poor and they were very rude. And they didn't offer viable explanations for the repair issues. However finally I did speak with the GM Joel C[redacted] he was very respectful and apologetic. And I was promised to have my truck returned to me tomorrow morning.

Regardless of the fact that I did speak with the manager today. He did in fact state he would allow me to use the online 25 percent off of a new vehicle. I am sure that it still has speculations in regards to the type of vehicle. But, I do not believe that this is the full issue. The main issues is the fact that they had sold me a car 1 year ago that depreciated so much in value they really do not want it back. This vehicle, that is a wonderful car, can now not be sold at the price to even come near to what is owed on it. Also, the same car lot that I had purchased on 1 year ago will not buy this car back nor give me anywhere close to less then what I bought it for. The manager stated that the car lot did not make much money off of the sale last year when it was sold to me (which in fact could not talk them down last year). He also stated that when the stock market drops you do not blame your stock broker. Again, this is not the stock marker, we are talking about a car that they sold me 12 months ago loosing 8 thousand dollars in value.Purchase the car with tax and title out the door a little over 11 thousand. 1 year later we now owe 9 thousand on the vehicle. Same licensed care retailer will not give me even 6,500 for the car that they sold for over 10 thousand a year ago? it simply does not make sense to me and I do in fact feel like my family received the short end of the stick and was backed in to a corner and pockets picked with this deal.
We are sorry the customer is unhappy with their purchase. We do are best to make sure that our customers are aware that purchasing "as is" vehicles involves risk of mechanical problems and breakdowns and having them acknowledge that by signing the attached "as is" forms. These...
forms clearly state that the customer accepts 100% responsibility for the vehicle and it will not be serviced by Kerry Buick GMC, it also state all sales are final. We would be happy to work with the customer on the purchase of another vehicle and take the vehicle they purchased in trade at current market value. [redacted]
